Our efficiencies boast features similar to a condominium. We have 4 efficiency units (Three (2)-bedroom and One (1) Bedroom) Each one features a full kitchen with a full size stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, etc.

Living room with comfortable couch and TV. All bedrooms are upstairs as well as bathrooms. Each one also features a private screen porch with a view of the beach/lake and tennis courts.
